On the Experience Platform team, I was a user experience product manager. One of my primary tasks was to work through persona-based, highly complex workflows with technical or business product managers. We spent time talking, walking through requirements, and integrations with other Adobe Digital Marketing applications, the end result was a thumbnail workflow.
Visualizing workflows helps when pitching a concept accept to the executive team and to ensure everyone is along for the ride when describing the value proposition for a capability.
Below are some examples of some of the thumbnail workflows I have worked on while on the team.
